Hello to new, and hopefully returning, readers of this blog. Written by the Information Service at SATER (the Scottish Accountancy Trust for Education and Research) the blog will look at items of interest to those in the accountancy field.
The Information Service has two members of staff Ellen Peacock and Bridget Bell. We are based at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS) HQ in Edinburgh and answer enquiries from staff, members of ICAS, academics and students carrying out research, members of other professional bodies and anyone else who has an accountancy-related enquiry.
